Pearl Care

Since pearls are organic they can deteriorate and so must be treated with special care. The following will help you keep your pearls in pristine condition and help them last a lifetime.

• After wearing your pearls, wipe them with a moist cloth to remove any residue. Then pat down with a soft, dry cloth to avoid any abrasion. If you wear your pearls often, we recommend they be restrung every year with a silk thread.
• Never spray perfume or apply lotion on your pearls. A tip that can help you avoid this is by wearing your pearls AFTER applying cosmetics.
• Cared for properly, pearls may last for generations.
